Urban Resources Development Corporation (URDC) is a Philadelphia-based 501c(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to help stabilize neighborhoods in Germantown, Mt. Airy, and surrounding communities. Its first objective is to assist senior and low and moderate income families in obtaining funding for exterior home repairs. Its second objective is to purchase and renovate abandoned or dilapidated houses and then sell them to first-time, low and moderate income home buyers.
